- the months during which progress measures are reported to the Governing Board,
- the months during which the Governing Board will conduct Self-Evaluations,
- the month during which the Governing Board will conduct the Superintendent Evaluation,
- the months during which the "Team of Six" will have Trainings, and
- the months during which "Other" Hearings are required by law.
