The 7CsThrive Board considers Superintendent/CEO performance as indistinguishable from our school system performance. The Board will therefore evaluate the Superintendent/CEO exclusively on the results and progress toward achieving the Student Outcome Goals and these Goal Progress Measures.

Goal Progress Measures 2.1 to 2.3: Early Childhood Numeracy in K, Grade 1, and Grade 2.
GPM 2.1-2.3: EC Numeracy. The percent of K, 1, and 2 students that score at the Masters (above) performance level on the Dimensions Math® Chapter Tests will increase from xx percent in September 2022 to 38 percent by June 2028.
Goal Progress Measures 3.1 to 3.3: College, Career, and Military Readiness for K, Grade 1, and Grade 2
GPM 3.1-3.3: CCMR. The percent of K, 1, and 2 students that score at the Meets performance level (at grade level) on the In-Program Placement Tests of Reading Mastery AND the Dimensions Math® Chapter Tests will increase from xx percent in September 2022 to 48 percent by June 2028.
SUPERINTENDENT CONSTRAINTS
Superintendent Constraint 1: The Superintendent/CEO shall not hire any Personnel who do not demonstrate the Core Values of 7Cs Academy.
Superintendent Constraint 2: The Superintendent/CEO shall not devote fewer than 70 percent of his time on enrollment efforts within the primary attendance boundary outlined in PG-1.1 District and School Foundations.
Superintendent Constraint 3: The Superintendent will not make operational decisions that prevent access for all students to engage in learning.
